Hampton Inn by Hilton Columbus I-70E/Hamilton Rd.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in quick and smooth. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the modern amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

The hotel location was a perfect stopping point for my journey. I checked in online, picked my room, and it was ready when I arrived. I don’t think the digital key is in place but the desk was but pleasant and quick when I arrived. The bed was good, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Morning breakfast was good and the staff members at breakfast were very nice. My room was clean and the a/c worked well. Overall it was a quick restful stop right off the highway. (Note the hotel is not near a restaurant walking distance; so plan ahead)

Rooms were good for the money, my coffee maker was broken and they didn't hesitate to give me one that works, my bathroom sink was clogged, when I reported it they had someone to fix it before they were going to rent out my room the next day. Breakfast was awesome eggs sausage and eggs and cheese, waffles, coffee and tea. They were very nice and friendly and eager to please. Considering the location I was very impressed keep up the good work and I plan on staying there again in the future.

Very nice hotel it sits in the back so you can miss it if your not paying attention. Outside doesn't look to great not bad or anything it just doesn't do the hotel any justice. Very nice indoor pool. Hot breakfast and my #1 they are very kid friendly. My daughter had a few of her friends stay the night for her birthday they didn't give us a hard time about how many kids there was or even charge us extra( most of the kiddos left after we sung happy birthday but overall worth the amount and I will be back my new fav hotel

We got.in a 3 or 4 am with a 26-foot uhaul complete with trailer. I had called earlier to let them know I would be in late. The app let me check in earlier in the day. The gentleman behind the desk was fast and courteous. If we didn't need a late checkout, we could have just walked straight to the room with the digital key. I asked for a 1 pm late check out. The gentleman said they could accommodate and would leave a note for the morning staff. I got up and talked to the morning staff about the late check out. They confirmed it. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff did not get the message, and we're oddly aggressive about us getting out so they could clean. Usually, the cleaning staff just marks denied and moves on till later. My room did not have a "do not disturb" sign, which didn't help. The parking lot was in a word "rough". I was able to maneuver the truck and trailer around the lot to find a space up front.

The zero% in the bathroom is the best soaps and lotion. Had direct tv . The hotel breakfast was great. Red lobster next door .

Room very clean. Shower was hot with good pressure.Bed was really really firm.

Even though I was only visiting for less than a day, I enjoyed myself and so did my family.
